How to request deletion
- Enter the email address your QuickContact or QuickLead account uses.
- We email you a 6-digit code. Open your mailbox and read it.
- Enter that code here. This proves the account is yours — without it, nothing can be deleted.
- Type
DELETE to confirm, and press the delete button that then appears.

Contacts already saved on your phone are not deleted
When QuickContact saves a contact, it is written into your phone’s own
address book. Those contacts belong to your phone, not to us, and deleting
your account does not touch them. They stay exactly where they are.
If you also want those contacts gone, delete them in your phone’s Contacts
app. We cannot do it for you, and we cannot reach them.
Before you confirm
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, and we cannot restore an account
once it has been deleted. If you only want to stop being charged, cancel
your subscription instead — that keeps your data and your account.
If your workspace has other people in it and you are the one who owns it, your
account is still deleted — the workspace is not. It passes to whoever has
been an active member of it the longest, and they are emailed to say so. Their
properties, notes and favourites are untouched; yours go with your account. If you
are the only person in the workspace, the workspace is deleted with you.
