One person sends a link over chat, another saves it to the portal's favourites, someone else takes a screenshot. By the time you sit down to talk about the options, nobody has the same list in front of them — and everyone's notes are stuck wherever they were written.

Every property saved from a supported portal lands in the same portfolio, with the same kinds of fields — price, property type, size and location, when available on the original listing. There's no longer your list and their list: there's just the portfolio.

Inviting people
The administrator invites whoever will share the portfolio
The administrator invites each person by name and email.
Whoever is invited receives an invitation email that says who invited them and how to accept.
The invitation points to the actual next step: installing the extension and signing in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
The administrator is the account the subscription is linked to. Sharing the portfolio is a Plus plan feature — without Plus, the portfolio has a single seat.
Notes
Notes show who wrote them
Each property's notes are shared by everyone. Next to the note — never inside the text itself — you can see who added it and who last edited it, so a comment can always be traced back to whoever made it.
Each property has one shared note, which any member can add to.
It's recorded who added it and who last edited it.
Notes written before this feature existed keep their original text and aren't given a made-up author.
There are no threaded comments, replies or mentions. It's one note per property, with authorship visible.
Favourites
Each person marks what they like — and everyone sees who marked it
A heart icon on every property. Each member can only mark or unmark their own, and hovering — or navigating with the keyboard — shows the names of whoever has marked that property.
Marking shows a preference, not a vote.
No one can mark or unmark a favourite on someone else's behalf.
Names are shown, never email addresses.
You can filter by each person's favourites and sort properties by favourite count. That's all it does — there's no voting, no decision score and no "winning property". Knowing who liked what is there to start the conversation, not to replace it.
Comparing
Choose the properties to discuss and compare them
Select the properties in the portfolio you want to talk about and ask the assistant questions about those specifically. The selection just frames the question at the moment you ask it.

The assistant
Each member can talk to the assistant about the same portfolio
Any member can ask the assistant for a summary of the differences, or ask about one specific trade-off. Because the portfolio is shared, the answers are based on the same properties and the same notes.
The conversation history stays on the device and browser where it was started, and isn't automatically shared with other members. What's shared is the portfolio the assistant answers about, not the conversation thread itself.
The assistant can get things wrong — the final decision is always yours.
Permissions
Who manages the members
Only the administrator invites new members.
Only the administrator removes members.
Other members use the portfolio as normal, but don't see any options to invite or remove anyone.
The portfolio's history identifies members for some relevant actions, particularly the ones that use up credits.
There isn't a log of every single edit made in the portfolio.
Real limits
What the shared portfolio doesn't do
So nobody installs it expecting something else.
Up to five people in total: the administrator plus four members. There are no unlimited seats.
No voting, no majority rule, no decision score and no automatic choice of a property. The favourite count filters and sorts the list; it doesn't decide anything.
No activity notifications and no alerts when someone changes something in the portfolio.
No threaded comments — it's one shared note per property, with authorship visible.
The conversation history with the assistant isn't shared between members.

Who can invite and remove members?
Only the administrator, who is the account the subscription is linked to. Other members use the portfolio as normal, but don't see any options to invite or remove anyone.
Does sharing the portfolio need the Plus plan?
Yes. Without Plus, the portfolio has a single seat — just you. With Plus, it has five seats.
Are favourites a vote?
No. There's no voting, decision score or "winning property". The favourite count is only there to filter and sort the properties — the conversation is still yours to have.
Does everyone see the same conversation with the assistant?
No. Each member can talk to the assistant about the properties in the same portfolio, but the conversation history stays on the device and browser where it was started, and isn't automatically shared with other members.
Do notes show who wrote them?
Notes written from now on show who added them and who last edited them, next to the note itself. Older notes keep their text exactly as it was and aren't given a made-up author.
