For when you've already saved a few options

Compare the properties you've saved without reopening every listing

See the differences in price, size, location, notes and priorities in one portfolio, with AI support when you want a second opinion.

A list shows you the properties. A comparison helps you see the differences.
  • See your saved properties side by side, without reopening listings
  • Notes and price stay linked to each property in your portfolio
  • Ask the assistant for a second opinion on the differences

After installing, create your account in the extension itself with your name and email, and confirm the code you receive by email.

Support for organising and comparing; it doesn't replace a professional valuation or advice.

The AI assistant can be wrong — the final decision is always yours.
Haven't saved any properties yet?

Comparison works on the properties you already have in your portfolio — start by saving the ones you're interested in.

Before you compare

Comparison only works when properties are organised the same way

Every property saved to your portfolio gets the same kinds of fields — price, property type, size and location, when available on the original listing — ready to compare side by side, without copying each field by hand.

Compare what matters

See the differences that actually matter

Price, property type and size side by side, with what was captured from each listing.
Location of each property, when available on the original listing.
Your notes always stay with the property they belong to, ready to review when comparing.
You can compare against your priorities by telling the assistant in conversation — there's no fixed criteria form.

Not every listing has the same information available — when a detail is missing, it's shown as such rather than assumed.

Differences and missing information

Ask the assistant what you still don't know

You can ask for a summary of the differences between two or more properties in your portfolio.
You can ask about a specific trade-off — for example, which one has more space without going over the budget you mentioned.
When a detail isn't available, QuickLead shows it as not available rather than presenting it as confirmed.
You can ask for notes to be updated on a property; when the conversation calls for it, the assistant can also log relevant information.

The assistant answers based on your portfolio and QuickLead's available knowledge; it doesn't replace a professional survey or physically inspect the property.

Compare as a family

Decide together, comparing the same properties

On the Plus plan, your family shares the same portfolio — comparing the same properties, seeing the same notes and the same conversation with the assistant.

Plus plan feature
From comparison to shortlist

Once the differences are clear, move to action

As you compare, some properties stand out from the others — not through automatic scoring, but because the differences between them become visible. The ones that still make sense after comparing become your shortlist.

Once a property clearly stands out, send the listing's contact to the QuickContact app in one click — with the phone number, the agent or agency's name, and the property details already in the call notes.

To send the contact to your phone, you need the QuickContact app for Android installed and linked to your account. (There's no iOS version currently.)
Alternatives for comparing

How people compare properties today

Browser tabs

You can see every property open at once, but comparing means jumping between tabs and remembering every detail.

Portal favourites

Each portal shows your favourites, but never alongside another portal's — there's no comparison across sites.

Excel / Google Sheets

Gives you full control over your criteria, but means copying each property by hand and keeping the sheet updated.

Notion / Trello

Organises well in cards or pages, but also means pasting in each property's details by hand.

Comparing from memory

Can work with a handful of options, but as the list grows it's easy to mix up details or forget what you've already seen.

QuickLead Home

Saved properties land in one shared structure, without copying each field by hand — and you can ask the assistant for a second opinion on the differences.

Frequently asked questions

Before you install, the most direct questions.

Do I need to save properties first?

Yes. Comparison works on the properties already saved in your portfolio — if you haven't saved any yet, start there.

Does it matter which site a property was saved from?

No — every property you save lands in the same portfolio, ready to compare alongside the others.

Does the AI choose the best property for me?

No. It gives a second opinion based on your portfolio and what you tell it about your priorities, but it can be wrong — the final decision is always yours.

Can I tell the assistant what my criteria are?

Yes. You can explain to the assistant what matters to you — for example, budget, space or location — and ask it to take that into account when comparing the properties in your portfolio. There's no fixed criteria form.

Can my family see the same comparison?

Yes, on the Plus plan — family members share the same properties, notes and conversations in the portfolio.

What happens when a listing is missing information?

Your portfolio shows the information it was able to capture from the original listing. When something isn't available, it's shown as not available; you can ask the assistant directly about what's missing. The assistant can be wrong, so always confirm anything important in the listing or with the agent.
