For Rightmove buyers who want to stay organised

Save and compare property listings in one organised portfolio

Build a portfolio of the listings you care about, track each option with AI, and send the agent's contact to your phone when you're ready to move forward.

This isn't a bookmark manager. It's a portfolio built for properties.
  • Saves the property's details, not just the link
  • Brings your Rightmove listings into one portfolio
  • Compares your saved properties against your priorities

After installing, create your account in the extension itself with your name and email, and confirm the code you receive by email.

Support for organising and shortlisting; it doesn't replace a professional valuation or advice.

The AI assistant can be wrong — the final decision is always yours.
Start using it directly on Rightmove:
Rightmove
You don't have to change where you search.
Save from the portal you already use

You keep browsing the same listings. What changes is what happens when you save one.

One click on a listing and the property lands in your portfolio — price, property type, size, agent and the source link, no copy-pasting.

Currently supported in the UK: Rightmove
Rightmove
Keep a living portfolio

Your portfolio stays organised as you come back to the properties you're tracking.

Compare your saved properties side by side, against your priorities.
If QuickLead detects that the price has changed, your portfolio is updated with the new price.
Deleted a property by mistake? You can recover it from your portfolio options, under Discarded properties.
Illustrative example

"This property might match another one you've already saved from a different portal. Want to compare them?"

You can ask the assistant to add or update notes on a property. When the conversation calls for it, it can also log relevant information in your portfolio notes.
The assistant combines the context of your portfolio with QuickLead's available knowledge about properties, areas and the market, whenever that can help give a better answer.

Search and decide as a family

Decide together, in the same portfolio.

On the Plus plan, share the same portfolio with your family. Members can see the same properties, notes and conversations.

Plus plan feature
From shortlist to action

Once you find the right property, move forward without hunting for the contact again.

Send the listing's contact to the QuickContact app in one click — with the phone number, the agent or agency's name, and the property details already in the call notes.

To send the contact to your phone, you need the QuickContact app for Android installed and linked to your account. (There's no iOS version currently.)

It's not just another place to save links.

Alternatives explained

Where QuickLead helps, and where it doesn't replace other tools.

Browser tabs / memory

As tabs pile up, it gets hard to remember where you saw each property and what you've already compared.

Native portal favourites

Only covers that portal; doesn't bring in properties seen on other sites.

Excel / Google Sheets

Let you organise and compare properties your own way, but you have to copy each listing's data yourself and keep the sheet updated manually.

Notion / Trello

Organise well, but require pasting each property in by hand and have no native property fields.

Generic bookmark managers (Raindrop, Pocket, Pinterest)

Save the page in one click, but don't structure price, property type or size.

Aggregators/single portals

QuickLead doesn't replace searching on portals — it complements it.

Real estate CRMs and scraping/automation tools

QuickLead isn't this.

Generic phone contact managers

The specific value is the contact already being linked to the property and its source, not replacing your phone's address book.

Frequently asked questions

Before you install, the most direct questions.

Does this replace Excel or Google Sheets?

It cuts down on manually copying listings and keeps your properties organised in their own structure, but it doesn't replace the full flexibility of a spreadsheet built to your own spec.

Does it work with any portal?

QuickLead currently supports Rightmove in the UK. Coverage is not universal, so listings from other portals are not captured automatically.

Is this just a bookmark manager like Pocket or Raindrop?

No. QuickLead saves the property with structured fields — price, property type, size and agent — and can flag when a listing looks like it might match another one you've already saved from a different portal.

Is the shared family portfolio free?

No — it's a Plus plan feature.

Does the AI assistant decide for me?

No. It gives a second opinion based on your portfolio and your priorities, but it can be wrong — the final decision is always yours, and it doesn't replace a professional survey or legal advice.

Can I recover a property I deleted from my portfolio?

Yes — under Discarded properties, in your portfolio options.
