Your budget and minimum bedrooms always become must-haves. Terrace, parking, elevator, schools and transport land under Must have, Important or Nice to have exactly where you set their importance. A question you leave as "Not important" or skip entirely never produces a criterion — nothing is inferred from your household size, whether children are part of the search, or how many cars you have; those are just context, not hidden rules.
