QuickLead Browser Extension Privacy Policy

This page explains how the QuickLead browser extension available for Chrome, Edge and Firefox handles data when you explicitly use it together with the QuickLead Android app.

1. Scope

This policy applies specifically to the QuickLead browser extension. The extension does two things: it captures a property listing into your QuickLead Casa portfolio, and it hands a phone number from the current page to the QuickLead Android app.

2. When the extension acts

The extension is designed for explicit user actions on the current page: clicking the capture button on a listing, or tapping, selecting or sending a phone number into QuickLead. It does not run on pages you have not acted on, and it is not designed to silently collect browsing content in the background.

3. What data the extension may send

When you explicitly use the extension, it may send page-derived context to the QuickLead Android app so the app can resolve the number with better accuracy than a number-only workflow.
  • The selected, tapped or otherwise captured phone number
  • The current page URL, title and host, and the name of the portal
  • Nearby labels, headings and inline text
  • Surrounding text and a compact local excerpt near the number
  • Basic technical metadata needed to hand the request to the app
  • When you capture a listing: the listing details on the page (price, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, year built, energy rating, features and the description text), the photos shown on the listing, and the agent or agency name and phone number where they are visible

4. What the extension does not send

The extension does not send complete page dumps. It sends the listing content and the local evidence around the contact details — not the whole document, and nothing from pages you did not act on.

5. How the data is used

The data is used to let the QuickLead Android app understand the local page context around a number, improve resolution quality, and help you save contacts with stronger grounding and less guesswork.

For a listing capture, the listing text is sent to our AI provider (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / Qwen) to be turned into the structured fields shown in your portfolio. The structured result is stored, and may be reused if the same public listing page is captured again — including by another portfolio. Nothing personal to you crosses between portfolios.

6. Sharing and retention

This page is focused on the extension-specific capture and handoff behaviour. Data handling after handoff is governed by the QuickLead Privacy Policy, which sets out retention periods, our service providers, and how to delete your account.
